✅ Selection Process:

• Management Trainee:
  1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): Assessing technical and general aptitude.
  2. Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the CBT will be called for an interview.

  The final selection will be based on the combined performance in the CBT and interview, with a weightage of 85% and 15% respectively.

• Assistant Manager (Legal), Senior Manager (Civil), Deputy General Manager (Civil):
  • Interview Only: Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews based on their qualifications and experience.
