UK Police Constable Physical Test Admit Card Out : The Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has officially released the admit cards for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) for the Police Constable recruitment 2025. Candidates who have applied for the 2000 Constable positions can now download their admit cards from the official UKSSSC website.

1. Visit the Official Website: Navigate to the UKSSSC official website at uksssc.net.in.
2. Find the Admit Card Link: On the homepage, click on the link titled “उत्तराखंड पुलिस विभाग शारीरिक माप-जोख एवं दक्षता परीक्षा के प्रवेश पत्र” (Uttarakhand Police Department Physical Measurement and Efficiency Test Admit Card).
3. Log In: Enter your credentials, such as Email ID, Application Number, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and Password.
4. Download Admit Card: After logging in, your admit card will be displayed. Download and print it for future reference.

Note: Candidates will also undergo events like cricket ball throw, long jump, chin-ups, sit-ups, and push-ups as part of the physical efficiency test.

✅ Selection Process

1. Physical Standard Test (PST): Measurement of height and chest to ensure candidates meet the required physical standards.
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Assessment of physical fitness through various activities.
