A2. Must have the relevant qualification from recognized institute, and qualification result should be declared within two years from the closing date. Age minimum 18 years.

A4. Merit-based, through shortlisting of qualifying marks, document verification and medical fitness. No test or interview is specified.
A5. Depends on qualification: ITI apprentices get around ₹13,500; Diploma / Graduate / HR etc. get approx ₹15,000–17,500 per month.
