📌 During training, stipendiary trainees will receive a fixed stipend.
The selection process involves two stages:
1️⃣ Written Examination – Objective-type test covering technical knowledge and general awareness.
2️⃣ Skill Test – For certain posts like Technicians and Assistants, a skill test will be conducted after the written exam.
📌 Final selection is based on merit in written exams and skill tests.
