🔶 Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, Apprentices
Rules 1992/2019 as amended from time to time. Over and above the statutory stipend, an additional amount of ₹ 2500/- shall
be paid to the Apprentices as Miscellaneous expenses. (Stipend mention below is as per Apprentices Act, 1961/1973)

A1: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released a total of 501 apprenticeship vacancies for Trade, Technician, Graduate Apprentices and DEO.
A2: The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 24 years as on the cutoff date. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per government rules.
A3: No application fee is required. Candidates can apply free of cost through the NAPS/NATS portal.
A4: Selection is based on merit (marks obtained in prescribed qualification), followed by document verification and medical examination. There is no written exam or interview.
A5: Stipend will be paid as per the Apprentices Act. Graduate and Technician Apprentices receive part stipend through BOAT (DBT) and the remaining from IOCL, along with an additional ₹2500 as miscellaneous expenses.
