A total of 64 Executive Trainee (ET) vacancies have been announced by Cochin Shipyard Limited across engineering and non-engineering disciplines.
• Engineering disciplines: Degree in relevant Engineering branch with minimum 65% marks.
• Finance: CA / CMA (final pass).
• Human Resource: MBA / PG Degree / Diploma in HR / PM / IR / Social Work with minimum 65% marks.
The upper age limit is 27 years as on the cut-off date. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per Government of India rules.
The selection process consists of an Online Objective Test followed by Group Discussion, Writing Skills Test and Personal Interview.
No. There is no negative marking in the CSL Executive Trainee online examination.
Selected candidates will receive a stipend of ₹50,000 per month during training and after absorption, pay scale will be ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 with an approximate CTC of ₹14.9 LPA.
