💰 Salary & Benefits

Trainee Engineer – I	₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (with annual increment)
Trainee Officer – I	₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (with annual increment)

• Annual Allowance: a consolidated amount of Rs. 12,000/- per year will be paid towards expenses like insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowances etc.
• Area Allowance: If the selected candidate is posted outside Kotdwara, where BEL doesn’t have Unit/Regional Office/Water Front Support Centres, they will be paid 10% of consolidated remuneration as Area Allowance per month.
